Up-regulating your parasympathetic nervous system is the goal to ensure your body is in a state of rest, relaxation and restoration for optimal treatment effectiveness.
Each person is different, each body is unique, therefor, every treatment is curated for the individual and where they are at on the day of the session.
We are constantly changing and evolving day by day.
Consequently, treatments are constantly adjusted and altered based on the needs of the client.

This includes stretch therapy, cupping, blading and/or reiki to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.
A deep dive, full body reset for the physical, mental and emotional body.

No, FST is a pain free therapy that is both relieving and relaxing.
It varies from person to person based on what conditions are being treated and what other therapies/ self care the individual participates in on a regular basis.
Some individuals prefer weekly sessions while others prefer bi- weekly or monthly sessions for general maintenance. This is based on preference and severity of symptoms.
FST is NOT covered by insurance or most benefit plans.
