Somatic Breathwork is an inward journey and an embodiment experience. It takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body’s electrical network, the nervous system.
This experience allows you to work through unresolved trauma or chronic stress that causes dysregulation of your nervous system and dis-ease within your physical body.
Somatic breathwork employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce an emotional release.
Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and
sweep out any defences, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you really are and how you want to show up in the world.

A deep dive, full body reset for the physical, mental and emotional body.
A 60 minute stretching session to bring awareness to the physical body and open the fascial network followed by an inward Somatic Breathwork journey to tap into the bodies innate intelligence to heal itself physically, mentally, emotionally and/or spiritually.

This experience allows you to work through unresolved trauma or chronic stress that causes dysregulation of your nervous system and dis-ease within your physical body. When we become clear in our physical body, we become more clear mentally. Somatic Breathwork allows you to see what is being stored in your body that you are ready to release, gain perspective on what is important to you moving forward and connect you more deeply to yourself.
The entire session will take place lying down on a mat with your eyes closed. You will be guided by the practitioner using their voice, NLP cues, sounds and possibly some hands on touch (if you are in person). A safe container will be opened for you to express whatever comes up that wants to move through you.
The session will be approximately 90 minutes from beginning to end. This will include an
introduction to Somatic breathwork at the beginning, the breathing session (this
includes a clearing portion and a connecting portion as well as breath holds), and a conclusion with a short sharing session (optional) at the end.
BOTH! Sessions can be done in person or virtually. The journey can be done 1:1 or in groups of 2 or more participants. The style of session is dependant on preference and convenience.
Expression can be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, there is no right or wrong.
It can surface in many forms such as bliss, laugher, singing, crying, yelling, moving, shaking or anger. Again, nothing is right or wrong, it is simply coming up to move through you because it wants to be released.
